Gordon Green is our Administrator. He graduated from University of Maryland and has over 20 years of experience in sales, health and life insurance, and financial planning. A native of Maryland, Gordon has lived in Loudoun County for over 18 years and has been operating his own business since the age of 25. His knowledge of small business operations has enabled him to carefully and successfully build and guide our agency.
Eric Yamoah is our Operations Manager. A native of Ghana, Eric has lived in the USA since 1987. Eric worked at Sunrise Senior Living for a couple of years as Assisted Living Coordinator (ALC). As the ALC, Eric hired, scheduled and trained In-Home Caregivers in the performance of their duties. He also developed Individualized Service Plan for each resident of the Sunrise community. With degrees in Accounting and an MBA, Eric moved to the Sunrise Corporate Office as a Compliance Auditor for some eight years.
The Registered Nurses (RN) at Senior Care Safe at Home supervise the activities of our nursing staff. We currently have four registered nurses and they supervise our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Our RNs conduct nursing assesments every 90 days or whenever there is a change in the client's condition, this is a state mandate. These RNs have more training & education, and they are totally dedicated to the care of our clients.
The In-Home Caregivers at Senior Care Safe at Home are a wonderful group of energetic individuals, many of whom have worked with us for years. The majority of our caregivers continue to enroll in practical nursing classes, exceeding the basic requirements for employment. These special people are holistic in their care for their clients and work hard to uphold the philosophy of Senior Care Safe at Home.
